Where is the Brighton Valley Concert Series?

The Brighton Valley Concert Series takes place at East Brighton Park, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN2 5TS.

Opening Times (doors open – event finishes)

  • The Streets – 16:00 – 22:30
  • Busted – 14:00 – 22:30

We really recommend you arrive early – we have amazing bands and fantastic food on our site that will make for a memorable afternoon and evening out! Final entry times will be confirmed closer to the show date.

Please arrive in good time as late customers may be turned away.

How to get to Brighton Valley Concert Series

Trains:
Brighton station has many train links, including Thameslink connections into London, Southern Railway Services and the Gatwick Express.

Brighton Train Station is a 30 minute walk, or a 15 minute bus ride away.

Car:
Excellent road links with the A27 and A259 close.

Parking:
Local parking is available in the area.

Bus:
Many national bus services stop in Brighton, i.e. National Express, providing great connections to London.

Can I leave the site and come back in?

No. Unfortunately, re-admission is not allowed.

What can and can’t I bring to the festival

What you should / can bring:

  • Valid ID / proof of age
  • You can bring in a sealed 500ml water bottle or empty water bottle. Any unsealed bottle or bottle over 500ml will be poured out at the door.
  • You can bring a small bag no larger that 21cm x 30cm x 10cm – the size of a A4 piece paper

Do not bring

  • We have a zero tolerance Drug policy with search / sniffer dogs at the entrance. Anyone found with any illegal substances will not be allowed in and passed over to the police.
  • No beverages or food, aside from water, are allowed to be brought into the site.
  • No buggies & pushchairs are allowed on site, if this means you can no longer attend please contact your ticket provider for a refund.
  • No camping chairs are permitted on site – there is seating on the accessible platform exclusive to those with disabilities
  • Anything that can be used as a weapon is strictly prohibited, such as knives. Anyone found with weapons will be passed over to the police.

There are no cloakroom facilities & staff are not permitted to store, hold or look after items.

Accessible Tickets

Customers with Access requirements are very welcome to all The Bay Series events.

Accessible tickets will be available via the event page on Ticketmaster. If you require a companion, please purchase an “accessible companion” ticket on top of the access customer’s accessible ticket (either “ambulant accessible” or “wheelchair accessible”). In order to better understand individual access requirements, we will send out a form to capture these best in the New Year.

Available facilities include an Accessible Viewing Platform, Accessible Toilets, lowered bars and a separate, Accessible Entrance. We also provide free Personal Assistance Tickets.

Please note that spaces on the Accessible Viewing Platform are limited and only for customers that would otherwise be unable to come – please do not take away spots from those who need them the most! The accessible viewing platform strictly operates on a +1 basis.

By purchasing an Accessible ticket, you confirm that you or a member of your party has Access requirements. Proof of these will need to be provided.

Whilst decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, evidence that is usually accepted include:

  • PIP (Personal independence payment)
  • DLA – care and/or mobility
  • Letter from a medical professional
  • D/deaf or blind registration
  • Nimbus/Access Cards (with +1 Icon for PA tickets)

Please note that our Access Facilities are unable to cater to temporary impairments (i.e. broken bones or healing wounds). Pregnancy does also not qualify for the use of our Access Facilities.

If you need to bring medication into the site with you, please bring this in its original packaging and take a copy of a medical/doctor’s prescription with you. There will also be a fridge on-site for medication that needs to be refrigerated.

VIP information

A VIP ticket grants access to the VIP area with VIP bar – think exclusive drinks, chill out seating area, luxury toilets and a VIP-only lane for quicker entry into the event!

Please note, food and drink will be charged separately at the event and are not included with this ticket.

Seating

The Brighton Valley Concert Series is a standing event. There is some picnic bench seating in the VIP area, available for VIP ticket holders only.

Can I bring food and drink

Please note that no outside food or drink is permitted inside the venue. We will have food vendors and bars available to serve you throughout the night. If you have a medical reason to carry food or drink with you, please notify a member of staff and they will assist you. Please bring evidence with you, i.e. a medical letter.

Can I leaving the event and re-entering

There is no re-entry to the site once you have entered the event. Please make sure you have everything you need with you. If you need to re-enter the event for exceptional circumstances please ask a member of our security or event management team.

Age Restrictions

If you have purchased tickets for someone who will be under 18 on show day please contact us.

Contactless Payment

This show will be fully contactless. All merchandise, food and drink, and other vendors will only accept payment through card or a mobile device. Please ensure you are prepared with one of these methods, as no cash will be accepted on site.
